Sunday Morning Classes
Classes are offered for 5/6th and 7/8th graders
from September through May, 9:45-10:45 a.m.
5th-6th Grade classes meet throughout the building, primarily in the education wing, from the basement (7th and 8th grade) to the 2nd floor!
We provide sequential, chronologically based curriculum, from Bible passages of the Christian year to faith life - at home, in the worshiping community, and in the world.
This 'enrichment' activity provides group, faith, and service building experiences beyond our weekly involvement in Worship and Sunday School. Middle school fellowship takes the time to explore faith, mission and community in a larger context.
High School youth programming is open to all youth who are in the 9th-12th grade. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment in which youth, their parents and guardians and significant adults in the congregation build a foundation of Christian relationships. It is a safe place for the youth to deepen their faith in Jesus Christ in a caring community of faith.
All 9th Graders are encouraged to be part of the confirmation experience. Confirmation begins in September lasting through April. A weekly confirmation class begins in January and will meet Sunday mornings at 9:45-10:45 a.m. in the Cellar.
High School Youth Group
The youth group meets every Sunday following the 11 a.m. worship service (around 12:15 p.m.). This year's leadership team is Jack Burriss, Brittany Gagne, Jim Light, and is headed by Trip Porch, Pastor of Youth and College Ministries.
